Complain and Appeal Procedure
If applicant, benefit related body, commissioner or public have complain, appeal or dispute with the certify department of ISTI, it can be reported to certify department for investigation. Certify department will follow the related rules to deal with the case base on the independence and fairness.
Complain or appeal can be mentioned by using Fax, e-mail or paper sending to certify department, descript the reason and attached with the related document. The case may be shelved if no reason or related document is provided.
Once complain or appeal is accepted, the administration staff will notice the applicant immediately. The chair of certify department will organize a task force team to investigate the case excluding the person related.
